  • You’re in control:
    Your comfort is my priority, and you’re in control at all times. I’ll check in during the session regarding pressure, but if you need me to adjust the temperature, music volume, or pillows, I’m happy to help. Need a tissue, sip of water, or anything else? Just ask!

    Before the massage:
    We’ll start by reviewing your intake forms and addressing any questions, as well as selecting your complimentary add-ons. I’ll step out to wash my hands while you undress to your comfort level—whether that’s leaving on underwear or getting completely undressed. You’ll always be covered by a sheet and blanket, with only the area I’m working on exposed. I’ll knock before re-entering to ensure you’re comfortable.

    During the massage:
    My goal is your total bliss. I usually stay quiet so you can fully relax, but I’m happy to chat if you prefer. Falling asleep is absolutely okay—in fact, snoring is the ultimate compliment. This is your time to rest and recharge, so let yourself enjoy it however feels best for you.

    After the massage:
    I encourage you to take a few moments to stretch, reconnect with your body, and ease back into the real world at your own pace. I offer complimentary snacks, drinks, and toiletries to help you freshen up before you head out and get back to your day.

  • For optimal relaxation and well-being, I recommend scheduling a massage every 3–6 weeks. Regular sessions help maintain the benefits of bodywork and create a consistent routine of self-care.

    That said, I understand that everyone’s schedule and budget are different. Whether you come in monthly, seasonally, or just when you need it most, my goal is to provide you with a space to relax, recharge, and feel your best.
