All signature massages are tailored to meet your specific needs; from pressure and target areas, to your choice of complimentary add-ons to enhance your experience! All signature massages use the Swedish technique which promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, healing, and relieves muscle tension.
I currently offer 75, 90, and 120 minute sessions.
Want to escape from daily stress and just let your body relax? Get away from life for a little while and unwind your mind. A 75-minute session will get you that escape you crave.
Or maybe you want to focus on some target areas but also address the rest of your body as well? 90 minutes allows plenty of time for both.
If your entire body feels like the area that needs the most work, or you want to indulge in complete luxury and relaxation, schedule a 120-minute session.

Prenatal massage
“In April 2023, I received my second and most in-depth prenatal training with Michelle Kolakowski through Carol Osborne's Body Therapy Education Pre-and-Postnatal Massage Therapy at Bastyr University in Seattle WA.
I have a passion for pregnancy massage and enjoy learning more all the time. I think that pregnancy is one of the most beautiful events that happens in our lives, and that expecting moms should be pampered as often as possible. Women's bodies go through so much change during pregnancy and regular massage can help your body adjust, remain as comfortable as possible, and help connect your mind to everything that is happening with your body.
I see pregnant clients from the day they find out they're pregnant to the day they deliver! I won't turn you away or make you wait several weeks just because you are in your first trimester.
The main difference between regular massage and prenatal massage is the positioning. Because pregnant women cannot lie flat on their backs or stomachs starting around 12 weeks, reclined positioning and side-lying techniques are put in place. You are still able to receive a full-body massage (yes, including feet and legs in ALL stages of pregnancy!) it just looks and feels slightly different.

Ashiatsu massage
I began my barefoot massage journey in May 2021 when I realized I wanted a way to offer deep tissue work to my clients who wanted it without doing damage to my own body. I have taken two Level 1 Ashiatsu classes with two different companies. I completed my certification with DeepFeet in mid-2022 and completed the certification process with Center for Barefoot Massage mid-2023 . I am hoping to continue learning with them and become a fully certified Ashiatsu massage therapist.
Barefoot massage utilizes the foot and the help of gravity to provide broad, deep pressure and stretching in the muscles and the connective tissue. This is great for those areas that always feel like they could use more pressure—the back and shoulders, hips, glutes, hamstrings, and pecs—without the uncomfortable sensation that can often times accompany deep tissue work.
My style of Ashiatsu massage is a combination using both my feet and hands. I still like to get into those smaller areas like the face, neck, forearms, hands, and feet with my hands to give that relaxing massage that leaves you feeling like jello!
If you are wanting to focus on a specific area of your body such as upper body (neck, shoulders, back, and arms) or lower body (low back, hips, glutes, and legs), a 75-minute Ashiatsu session is a great way to focus on the work you need most.
If you want to focus on some target areas but also address the rest of your body, 90 minutes of Ashiatsu allows plenty of time for both.
